Is there an entry fee?  

Opening Night tickets are $10 per head and can be purchased at the door on Opening Night Friday 10th November 7:30pm. Over the weekend, Blue Mountains Artfest entry is by a gold coin entry. All money raised supports Wentworth Falls Public School.Workshops must be booked and paid for in advance.

Can I pay for artwork with eftpos or credit card?  

Yes, Eftpos is available for purchases of artwork and handcrafts from the school Library. We also accept Visa and Mastercard payments.

How can I enter artwork?

How can I become a stall holder?

Click here to download the Craft Entry Letter for information and then submit your details and enquiry at the bottom of the Enter Craft page and a craft coordinator will answer promptly.

How do I book workshops? 

Click here to see the range of workshops on offer and submit your enquiry at the bottom of the Workshops page. A workshop coordinator will return your query promptly and assist in booking your place.

Can I get a refund? 

No, this Festival is a volunteer-run fundraiser so please choose ticket options carefully. If you have bought tickets and can no longer attend an event please nominate for someone else to attend in your place.

What if I damage artwork at the Festival? 

Unfortunately you are obliged to pay for anything you or your children damage – these works belong to the artists and they require compensation for damaged goods.
