Amazing Blue Mountains handcrafts…

Handcraft is definitely hot right now… consumers are becoming more attuned to buying and supporting locally and to buying more meaningful products that come with a story, a smile and a connection with the people who make them.  Blue Mountains Artfest provides a unique opportunity to buy one-off pieces from a full range of products including pottery, woodcraft, screen printing, greeting cards, art prints, jewellery, home decor, hand knits, felted clothes and bags, woven baskets, decorative buttons and much more.

There are a remarkable number of talented hand crafters in the wider Blue Mountains area.  For local craft makers this is an opportunity to showcase their creativity and sell direct to the public just in time for Christmas.

Some important things to note…

  • Each craftmaker must fill out an Entry Form describing their products for sale
  • Completed Entry Forms must be received by the Artfest Committee no later than Friday 13th October 2017
  • BM Artfest reserves the right to choose what to include in the craft area
  • Craftmakers must have their own insurance for products
  • Craftmakers are responsible for providing props, stands & displays to showcase their products
  • If you have been selected, you will be required to complete a Craft Inventory Form to itemise and price each product for sale
