Volunteer at Blue Mountains Artfest 2017!
Well… there’s plenty to do! Each year there are a dedicated and amazing bunch of parents who volunteer as the Artfest Committee but… you can lend a hand in big and small ways even if you don’t want to throw yourself in the deep end.
Here are some of the jobs that need doing:
- BBQ Duty and sale of vegetarian delights (Saturday and Sunday)
- Barista for the cafe
- Baking for the cake stall
- Cashier (Art & Craft sales)
- Craft area assistant
- Art desk
- Flyer/poster distribution
- Selling raffle tickets
- Man/Woman a kids activity (jumping castle etc)
- Helping out with Kids Craft area
- Exhibition and display hanging
- Workshop room set up
- Clean up
- Opening Night tickets/sales
- Opening Night waitressing/waitering
- Barperson – Opening Night
- Spruke – tell everyone to come!
- Like Us on Facebook & other social media
- Join the Artfest team – we’ll find you something to do!
What’s in it for you? Gratification! You’ll be overcome with good will… Oh and free entry to Artfest exhibition and stall area, a hand shake from the Principal and a big smile from Wentworth Falls Public School kids.
